- The oak is chosen from the finest forests in the Center of France—fully grown Haute Futaie trees, 150 to 200 years old.
- Lux Bung: glass bung with a silicone base.
- Bousinage: barrel toasting
- Aquaflex: involves submerging the formed barrel in hot water in order to reduce some of the water soluble compounds and soften the tannin impact of the oak.
- Carbon Neutral
- Icône: an exclusive oak selection process, is a method of chemical analysis of wood’s extractable substances to identify œnological potential.
- Fraîcheur: fine grain French oak body and acacia wood heads.
- U-Stave: A series of U-shaped channels 10 mm wide, 5 mm deep are grooved along the inside of American oak staves, resulting in an increase of surface area of 50%. This increase of surface area to volume ratio intensifies the phenomena of exchange between wine and wood in comparison to a regular barrel.
